DID NOT DO THE WORK . DID NOT RETURN THE MONEY . I STILL TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT HIM ON THE PROJECT BECAUSE OF THE TIME ZONE . But the fact was HE DID NOT ATTEND THE MEETING WHICH WAS " SCHEDULED" . BCECAUSE HE WAS SLEEPING.
