Don't let this request slow you down; I have produced products with little more than crude sketches on napkins. Include any and all things that help describe the Steambox you want to produce, and what you believe are the key components that make it unique and I will get your ideas out of your head and on the computer screen. I will convert your Steambox idea (sketch/image) into: • 3D CAD model • 3D CAD assembly • 2D drawing with general dimensions and specification ready for manufacturing • 2D drawing of the assembly with BOM (Bill of Materials) • 2D drawing for patent application. I will perform a Design for Manufacture and Assembly analysis in which I inspected and analyzed the product design to ensure that the product can be manufactured reliably and at low cost. You will receive complete 3D data sets of your new product. These data sets will be created in CAD software and will be fully compatible with the most advanced manufacturing systems around the world. Your product data sets will be formatted to be distributed electronically for tooling quotes, and also to be used for mold design and Prototyping. I work with Iges files, Step files, STL files and Adobe PDF.I have been working in collaboration with a lot of manufacturing and prototyping companies in China so I could also assist in outsourcing production and prototyping. I will design with following added engineering values • Material selection • Design calculations • Design optimization (Stress and Fatigue analysis) to determine the right thickness and dimensions of the product. • Mold flow Analysis to determine the manufacturability of plastic part design • Tolerance analysis to avoid interference fit problem during assembly of the final product (In the real world, plastics will shrink, cutters will lose their edge, and parts may not fit perfectly.).
