This is a remodel overhaul that I have been designing and am currently finishing the construction documents for. The original house was built in the 1940's and the exterior stone is being kept. The roof, all interior surfaces are being redone, and 1000 square feet are being added.

I worked on this unique design/build project at Hunter Leggitt Studio for four months starting in June 2011. I was part of a small team, 4 at the most, just me and my boss for about a month, where we designed the house while building it and made decisions as we went along. I did everything from swing hammers, to designing details, to budgeting, managing subcontractors, and learning contracts.
