Responsible to update any movement of staff, including new joiner, renewal of contract, transfers, resignation and termination of contract, salary adjustments, special allowances and staff confirmations. 2. Assist in recruitment such as screening candidates, conducting interview, to liaise with recruitment agencies and conduct orientation for new joiners. 3. Responsible for a full spectrum of monthly payroll from beginning until the end of the process that includes preparation and processing monthly payroll (Overtime, Claims, Allowance and deduction). 4. Responsible on timely submission of relevant documents and payment to statutory bodies (EPF, Socso and Income Tax) and other agencies. 5. Prepare the EA Form & Form E documentation and ensure timely submission to the statutory bodies. 6. Prepare the Payment Instruction Letter to the Bank in order for a salary payment. 7. Prepare a payroll monthly and yearly report. 8. Ensure that all employee information is up-to-date and responsible for proper filling and record keeping while upholding all information and material as private and confidential.
