Maintaining Company's Financial accounts. 7. Creating documents as per specification (Welcome Letters, Notices, and modifying and updating Lease Agreement to name a few.) 8. Maintain data for the all the tenants and properties owned. 9.Creating and advertising property listings on various sites namely Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, ApartmentList, and [login to view URL]. I have a hands on experience working over MS Office, Freshbooks, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Buildium, Google Apps, Zoho Apps, communication software (Skype, Pinger and others), remote desktop software (Log Me In and Team Viewer) and Wrike. My interest in IT also lead me into using Freshdesk, Zendesk, Help Desk and Spiceworks to have the everyday technical IT issues resolved without much hassle. Last but not the least, I am learning web development (using HTML5) presently, and plan to go a long way with projects in different fields.
