The product of a Kickstarter campaign, "Clear and Present Thinking" is a college-level textbook in logic and critical reasoning, compiled by Brendan Myers and made available to the world for free. In an effort to reduce the cost of education for students, this textbook was funded by over 700 people and is available in a variety of digital formats and as a softcover edition at the lowest reasonable price.We crafted the cover design and interiors hoping to reinforce the textbook's theme of clarity by adopting modernist principles and expressing them with the greatest economy. The book title is placed in the logical position of focus, in the upper lefthand corner; the white text providing illumination in a contrasting sea of dark. Colours are kept in stark black and white, the design executed with measured restraint.

This apothecary and supply shop has been servicing Canada for the last 300 years, and its exotic imports from the rugged North (and further parts unknown) are renowned worldwide for their ability to remedy any ailment. The designs were a chance to revel in a bit of tongue-in-cheek revisionist history with a macabre twist.
