To provide assistance in the oversight ,technical, and vendor collaboration support of the design and implementations of vendor solutions to improve overall operations and performance for the Service Desk. • Monitor all Technology applications in real-time, perform quality checks to ensure they are working as designed in order to drive performance and work with internal contacts and vendors regarding any issues. • Work closely with internal LOB’s to determine how to best leverage similar technologies. • Strategize and develop ways to promote contact avoidance and encourage the use of self-service tools. • Team player & ability to multi-task • Able to understand urgency and have the ability to prioritize Knowledge and/or Experience (but not limited to) with the following: • O365 • MS Office Products • 5+ years of helpdesk experience • Work under time pressure and on several tasks simultaneously
