I have worked for a food service company, a food research institute, a senior citizen facility, and a nursery school.I have had various experiences in nutritional management, menu preparation, and nutrition education activities at a food service company, a food research institute, a senior citizen facility.
I am currently working at a hospital, where I am responsible for the nutritional management of inpatients and the preparation of menus for therapeutic and event meals.

My hobbies are Japanese cooking and coming up with health-conscious recipes.
On my days off, I enjoy making meals for my three children.
I try to cook with seasonal ingredients and avoid using processed products.
I have entered cooking competitions with my children and have won several awards.
