We are running a Magento based website and require some help to simplify our order processing.

The issue is that we currently have to manually extract and type up the information from each order so that it is generated on one line.

We need an expert in PHP to find a solution so that we no longer have to manually type the information from every order we receive. The majority of our sales contain many custom options such as these.

You can see what we need to achieve from the image attached.

My magento store caught some malware so host has disabled it. I need help removing the infected files and getting it back up and running. The host would require that the infected files be removed before they re-enable the site.
