I first became interested in writing during my senior year in high school. I took creative writing as an elective and discovered my love of words, books and writing. I've held positions in major corporations as well as small privately owned businesses. Some of those positions were business administrator, sales and marketing manager, and personnel director. I did a lot of writing for marketing, in-house publications and organizational conferences. I also worked as the Assistant to the Dean of Biological Sciences at the State University of New York in Stony Brook, NY. My last professional position was as a licensed realtor/broker for a major real estate brokerage in New Mexico. I started several of my own businesses: a medical billing company, two network- marketing companies and a ballroom dance studio where I taught classes and performed at private organizations and functions. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
