This project is ESP32 and RS485 based industrial controller designed in the KiCAD tool. 
The project involved the selection of proper components for RS485 controller IC & Power Supply, rectifying design mistakes (any).
The Critical part was the RS485 circuit as RS485 works on a 5V logic level and ESP 32 has 3.3V logic levels.

This project comes with a challenge that the  PCB must fit into the enclosure of polyhedron shape and placement of connectors should be in a way that it uses small possible wire length. 
The project initially proposed was with ATmega devices from the client, but after extensive research and understanding client requirements I suggest Nouvton Device save cost, I also worked on other factors to reduce cost, and the cost was reduced from 11USD per unit to 6USD per unit.

Project started out fine. Speed was of the essence but a number of design problems were discovered by me. Had to review even the smallest detail. Later on reply time was growing to sometimes several days.
