This is an example of several freelance jobs of this nature I have done over the years. When Siemens launched a worldwide research project in order to improve their internal media system, I helped by conducting dozens of phone interviews with Siemens employees from all over the world. Afterwards the essential information from these interviews was transcribed into a data analysis database in order to have an overview of results and possible refinements.

FARO is a German manufacturer for laser measuring tools. While they extended their market range across Europe, I did regular translation and customer service research work for them over several years. This also meant phone interviews with their international clients (mostly UK/Ireland) to enquire on customer satisfaction and possible support extentions. I really enjoyed working for FARO, as I could make use of both my English as well as general communication skills.
