 Analysis the B2B and B2C clients experience in line with Company Goals;  Proposal the new improvement actions based on the analysis reports for Sales, Marketing, Finance departments , in proximity with new trends;  Insurance, to the direct reports, relevant feedback on CE and/or updates on action plans, proposals;  Development with each department relevant solutions in order to increase and/or to maintain the global customer satisfaction at the highest level at any step of the customer touch points with the Company;  Ensuring within the company best practice sharing on customer experience within all departments;  Building and updating of customer experience dashboards and insights;  Providing qualitative and/or quantitative feedback regarding CE to the involved departments;
