I have created several maps of continents as well as a full world map. Ive also created custom vector banners for each of the 45 nations. This was a three phase assignment. Along with the flyer, I needed to design a Banner (72"X24") and three Gift Certificates for $50.00 for AutoTech. This design was incredibly successful and the client is very pleased with the final result.

I have a good friend that grew up on a Shoshone Indian reservation in Nevada. Their current Arbor is riddled with flooding among other problems. He came up with an idea for a new Arbor proposal and called on me for my talents. I created a Tri-Gate Fold brochure. He wanted me to somehow make it look like the new arbor was already there when you open it up and look upon the inside. I used my polished cloning and blending techniques in Photoshop and did all text design in Indesign. The native Shoshone were very impressed with this brochure when the Chief received it. The proposal for the new Arbor is strong now and brought to attention at every powow and council meeting. This could become a reality in the near future.

This was a big project. I was personally asked by the FSD to create a massive map over 40" wide. It was to depict and point out many different important locations that are relative to DHS and TSA Big Island Hawaii. I had to go on google Earth and zoom in for around 13 different screen shots of the Big Island. I then went into Photoshop and slowly combined and blended all these images together, scaled it down to the appropriate size and it ended up being over 300 dpi and printed very nice and sharp. The final product was personally gifted to Regional HQ in San Fransisco. It was a big hit and one of the best works of all presented.

This is a vectored image of the gold rimmed DHS coin that the FSD gives out to individuals for outstanding services or great accomplishments. One of the AFSDs wanted this small coin scaled up so he could put it under the glass on his desk. I told him about the problem with scaling scanned images large and the image quality would get poor very quick. I offered to vector most of the image and also did some photoshop work simulating the glint of the gold around the edge.

This project is one of my portfolio examples. This large banner and flyers will be up around the Kailua Kona side of the Big Island for the whole month of October 2013 to advertise their annual Harvest Festival.
