Excel-VBA; Monorail beam design project.

I developed an Excel spreadsheet for analysis and design of monorail beams used for supporting monorail cranes.
I used FEA for analysis of the monorail beam in selected spans with defined loads.
Also inertia forces due acceleration and deceleration of hoist, skewing forces are considered in this Excel spreadsheet.
Design of monorail for internal forces is performed according to AISC360, and CMAA#74 design codes.
It should be mentioned that fatigue effects, local buckling controls, and deflection check are considered in the design of the monorail beam.

Excel-VBA; Design of Monorail Beam Cranes

From Sep 2017 to Feb 2018, I involved in a hard and heavy design project in Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, KER, IRAN.

Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex is the 2nd great above ground mine of copper in the world. In the production process of copper, in concentration co. they needed 6 monorail cranes for using in overhaul times.
I stayed about three months in the site to handle this major project.

Optimum placement of moving directions of cranes, selection, and placement of the best support system, and design of supports, retrofitting the existing structures, and design of monorails was done in this project.

SAP2000, AUTOCAD and ... software were used for doing it.

Generation of Advanced Report for Base Plate & Anchor Rod Design Software
In one of my projects, I generated the advanced report for "ColumnBase" software. "ColumnBase" is professional 3D finite element software for modeling, analysis, and design of steel base plate connections.
In this project, that I did it for PCEESoft Inc. the task of the collection of design standards provisions for design of base plates, footing, grout and anchor bolts have been done by me.
Also, .NET programming of the report generation, done by me. Design reports could be saved as *.xps or *.pdf formats.
