As a premium, boutique fitness studio, BOXR achieved massive early stage growth as a startup. It boasted a small but niche, loyal following. However, competitors were fast entering the market of boutique studios and at cheaper prices. We did not want to enter a price war, which would become a race to the bottom. But something had to be done, otherwise BOXR would find itself losing its customers to its competitors. Working directly with the founder, we undertook key projects: - Lean business planning - Define key milestones and metrics to create roadmap - Marketing strategy & positioning - Conducted customer and competitive analysis BOXR has now fully established its new subscription model and new product lines for its most loyal customers. This has created true brand evangelists and its audience is growing faster than ever, whilst also being more profitable than ever.
