Convert Simple STL File to STEP or SolidWorks File

This freelancer is constantly logged-on here, but is not really on-line. He does that to get more on-line visibility, but it really detracts from his service level. His responses and communication are terrible. Trying to chat with him in real time is blazingly dumb and frustrating, because again, he is not really devoting 100% of his time here when on-line. He is either in his car, work, or traveling, or somewhere else. I'll give my business to a different freelancer. Never work with him again.
