Achievements at HSBC Got appointed as a Section Coach among 5 candidates in year 2009 Completed a Special online WEBEX training (3 months) from UK and successfully migrated the AXA Life insurance work from UK to Colombo HSBC in year 2010 Completed a Special online WEBEX training (3 months) from UK and successfully migrated the Personal Customer De Duplication - Manchester from UK to Colombo HSBC in year 2012 Conducted a Special online WEBEX training for two individuals in HSBC Global Resourcing ,Hyderabad India (3 months) and successfully Re-migrated the AVIVA Insurance Data entry work from - Colombo to Hyderabad in year 2012 Currently handling a brand new migration for M & S Bank(Marks & Spencer) Personal Customer De Duplication process and training two new staff for the mentioned migration which will be migrated to Colombo in Mar 2013 Successfully trained 4 new staff in 2 different processes from 2011- 2012 Currently training 4 new staff in 2 different processes.
