Freelancer delivered work on time. He understood the project and its parameters. He demonstrated a knowledge of characters, backstory, and themes. Creatively, it was very, very good! The prose was almost poetic in its style. When left to his own devices, freelancer shows quite an imagination. On the other hand, when it came to the part where he began to follow a laid out plan, he became almost too rigid and fell into some tunnel vision, eventually devolving into a mass of dialogue with little exposition or creative deviation. However, we advise from holding this against him. Some genteel correction would very likely have placed this freelancer on the right track, though he was given samples which should have given him the proper direction. This really is our only criticism. Aside from that, he has quite a lot of talent, and we actually would hire this person again.
