-Basics- Hi there! My name is Tina, and I'm an artist/illustrator currently living in Columbus, OH. I hold a BFA in Painting and Drawing from Ohio State University, and have been working as a freelance illustrator for a few years now. I've worked on a wide variety of projects for clients, creating storyboards, concept art, graphic novels, and more. My skill set includes both digital and traditional art making; I have spent many years honing my abilities in these areas and am well-trained in both. In addition, I come from a strong customer service background and my top priority is making sure we work well together to create the art you need for your project! -Skills- Speaking digitally, I am extremely skilled with Adobe Photoshop, which is my platform of choice for digital painting. As a result I have become familiar with many of the core functions of Photoshop, including custom brushes, tool presets, layer properties, and image adjustment. Aside from this, I am also practiced in using Photoshop to edit and retouch photos for print and web by utilizing the healing and clone tools, in conjunction with image adjustments and my own skills in digital painting. In addition to my raster work, I am also very strong in vector platforms such as Adobe Illustrator with which I have created both publications and illustrations for clients, including band logos, event fliers, and wedding invitations. My client work is most often done in a digital format with my trusty tablet pen; however, all of my digital skills are informed by my traditional studio education in drawing and painting. Outside of work, I am always sketching with ink and watercolor and will occasionally do some painting in oils.
