Native Android | looking for a developer for long term

Stay away from this team. They took 4 months to finish 2 weeks work. And even they couldn’t finish it. Developer work quality was really bad. He used to inform me all done and when I check build nothing used to be done.

Single user SwiftUI Inventory App for IPad

They did deceived me to prepay 1 milestone payment to begin their work, then didn't reply to me for 28 days until I filed a claim on them holding their payment. They still try their best to drag on and pretend already given me the refund but "hidden", I just need to talk to freelancer.com to recover my money. I ended up have to escalate the dispute up to the arbitration level. Took me 2 months to get back my money. they are CHEATING EXPERT disgusts as IT Expert. Worst Experience I ever have
