Worker parameters for automatic recruiting systems

Prototype of a new crowdsourced deliberative democratic decision system for states etc. replacing direct and representative democracies.

Example case: Finland Hive Mind.

Deliberative democracy in a wiki

Designed a heterarchical (distributed leadership) team work process to coordinate volunteers in collaborative events.
Created a wiki for developing the process design and coordinating some types of projects.
No process control application was developed, so the process is run by the team members on role cards and in speech or in the wiki.

Notice the ponies - this project is based on an episode of the TV-show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, S1E11 Winter Wrap Up.
In the episode they make many severe process control mistakes, which I corrected according to The Toyota Way.
The method is canonical, as it can be run entirely on paper - there are no computers in Equestria.

Quality-critical team work in a barn raising type event

Cheap electric microcar that keeps you safe and in shape.
A solution to the problems of dying scooter riders and bicyclists and lack of exercise in regular cars.

We did sweat equity work for our startup as a team:
I designed startup business model, overall vehicle layout, overall mechanics (suspension, steering, drivetrain, hatch), specified some modular system interfaces, hypothesized possible manufacturing technologies, made up plausible specifications for different car models, created a customer co-creation wiki.
Other team member (Kimmo Hellström) did 3D-modelling in Modo and drew background art in PhotoShop.
Other team member (Pasi Turpeinen) did mechanical design in SolidWorks.

Then the team broke up because of typical Finnish adverse conditions. I'm the only one keeping the project going.

New type of pedal-electric car + startup company to make it

Complete instructions (in Finnish) for converting any petrol-fueled indirect-injected car into a flexfuel car as easily and cheaply as possible.

Some engine performance tuning and fuel economy improvement included.

How to convert a car to run on E85-biofuel

Composition:
I took the pictures and some of the texts from 3 different sources (workshop manual, parts catalogs), broke them to pieces, reorganized them together, wrote some necessary texts for the final poster to be complete.
