Hi! I am a degree holder of Mass Communication specializing in Print Journalism. I chose Mass Communication because i do love free writing. To be honest, after 3 years from my graduation day, i haven't applied yet my finished course into practice. (aside from submitting/writing articles to local newspapers) I've decided to work on a Business Process Outsourcing companies or what we call here "call center". I have been part of the BPO industry for almost 2 Years. 3 months as a contractual sales agent at Macy's Inc, been part of the Recruitment of Sutherland Global Services for 6 months, Sales agent at Ebay for 1 year and Reservation Sales Specialist for Intercontinental Hotels Group for just 3 months. Besides, i do have basic knowledge on Video/Audio/Photo Editing with Adobe softwares. I can also do works through Microsoft Office applications.
