Adventz Direct is a permanent career placement division. This option allows the client to fill key permanent positions by utilizing the potential of Adventz’s executive search network and headhunters. The client can gain access to a large database of skilled candidates they may not otherwise be able to reach. This option allows the client to interview suitable pre-screened, pre-tested and referenced candidates who meet the company’s requirement. Adventz Temp is the placements of associates who remain on Adventz’s payroll and work for the client as temporary employees on contract for a specific period of time. Be it for a long or short-term project or just for the duration of a peak workload and leave replacements. Adventz provides you with a pre–screened associate who meets your specification and requirement. Adventz takes on the responsibility for all employee liabilities and expenses, which typically include salaries, taxes, provident fund, ESI, medi-claim, and fringe benefits. Adventz Temp is a safe, cost effective program for a client to evaluate the candidate’s suitability and performance before offering a career commitment. The associate will remain on Adventz’s payroll for on mutually agreed upon terms and conditions with all the corresponding benefits. The client retains the option to convert the associate to their payroll after the interim period, with complete confidence. The organization boasts of a training area of 1,100 sq. ft. spread over four facilities, each in an easily accessible location. Conference halls, interview rooms and facility for one-on-one discussions make the recruitment process efficient and more comfortable for candidates. The classrooms can comfortably accommodate 25 students and are adequately equipped with computers, sound systems, facilities for recording, slide presentations and telephone connections to in-house booths for simulated calls. The course material given to trainees is designed to encourage reading with interesting inputs for improvement. Terms and conditions The terms and conditions for providing services, for recruiting potential employees, consist of but are not restricted to the following: 1. Adventz will source the resume through mail/courier/fax/post based on the job descriptions/profiles given by the company. 2. Adventz outsourcing will be paid a professional charge based on the following: a) All positions will be charged 8.33% of annual gross salary (The annual gross salary includes the basic salary and all other monthly and annual allowances and excludes bonus, leave encashment and gratuity.) b) Special positions for bulk requirement as per mutual agreement. 3. The fee is payable within 30 days of the candidate joining the company. 4. Cost free replacement will not be applicable. 5. Service tax will be charged as applicable. 6. The company may deduct income tax at source and shall issue a certificate for the same within 30 days of deduction. 7. In case the appointed candidate leaves the company within 90 days of joining, the invoice raised and paid for will be reimbursed by Adventz outsourcing or make a free replacement for the candidate within 30 days of the intimation of separation from the company 8. Either party can terminate the agreement by giving a 30 day notice period. 9. The Candidates will be sent only after signing the MOU.
