Customer: Shaily Plastics 3 16 cavity auto unscrewing, fully hot runner mold for 28 dia. stand up cap. 4 Designing of 32 cavity, fully hot runner mold for Over cap. (Domex Cap) Customer- Unilever 5 8 cavity, semi-hot runner, three plate mold with side core, for pen barrel (hit barrel). 6 8 cavity, semi-hot runner, three plate mold with side core, for pen barrel (jet barrel). 7 4 cavity fully hot runner mold for 'Godet', a part of roll on deodorant assembly. 8 24 cavity fully hot runner mold for 'Godet', a part of roll on deodorant assembly. 9 Single cavity Fully hot runner (with valve gate), mold with side core, for Blue color base(container for medical equipments) Customer-Tarsons, Kolkata. 10 Besides these, I have done detailing works of many molds, including 4 cavity multi colored flip top cap, 12 cavity flip top cap with two sliders, and many more.
