I have worked on many PCBs of frequencies ranging from Sub GHz (868MHz/915MHz) up to 16GHz. I interfaced many sensors with wireless microcontrollers including soil moisture Sensor, temperature and Humidity, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Microphone ... etc. I have worked with many Microcontroller peripherals including SPI, I2C, UART, WatchDog Timer, DAC, ADC, Timers, Comparator. Highlights: - Extensive experience in hardware & firmware development. - PCB Schematic and Layout Design, modeling and simulations, and Firmware. I can do: - Market surveys and competitor analysis - Schematic Capture and PCB layout design - Generate BOM, Gerber files, Drill and Assembly files. - Develop Firmware for Wireless sensor networks I can use: - Altium Designer - Free software: Eagle or KiCad to save cost. Direct writing of metal film via sputtering of micromachined electrodes

This paper presents the first micro-scale process for local deposition and direct writing of metal films through sputtering of a micromachined target electrode. The process can be used for PCB manufacturing or semiconductor device prototyping.
