Constantly curious and looking to evolve. Some of the fields I've been involved in include the music business, assistant teaching at both high school and University levels, villa management, writing businesses such as blogging, short story competitions and assessing incoming cover letters at a UK institution, photography and more. Inspired by the likes of giants in the industry such as Dan Millman, Tim Ferriss and Tony Robbins, I'm looking to to explore life and lift people up. So what can I do for you? I can guarantee you that whatever it is, I will either get the job done the best we can, or point you to the nearest freelancer with relevant experience. Let's get working!

Blogger

Oct 2012

I maintain, moderate and create content for the Louis H. Hamel Jr., Photos © Blog. A family business, I was given the opportunity to start this blog in 2012, with content rolling in from Louis H. Hamel Jr., which I proofread, edited and fit into the blog. In time, I dealt with all the maintenance etc. Throughout the years additional members added content, and I became a content creator myself. I now manage this blog.

Assistant Prof. in Philosophy

Jan 2012 - May 2012 (4 months)

Working as a Peer Leader in Philosophy required my weekly attendance in one of the Freshmen' Philosophy courses, taught my Mr. James Earl. In this course, I was available to help the students with their work as well as settling in to the new environment. All students had my phone number and e-mail and could contact me at any time of the day.

Resident Director

Aug 2011 - May 2012 (9 months)

Responsible for Montford House, where approx. 50 - 60 students lived. Being a Resident Director required me to be in close contact with the Resident Coordinator on campus, the security as well as the students themselves. Certain situations I had to deal with as a Resident Director included calling the fire brigade when a room in the next door building caught fire, taking students to the hospital and staying with them overnight, for issues such as alcohol poisoning, keeping unwanted guests off campus and ens

Assistant Prof. in Theatre Arts

Sep 2010 - Dec 2010 (3 months)

Similar to working as a peer leader in Philosophy in 2012, working as a peer leader in Theatre Arts required my weekly attendance in one of the Freshmen' Theatre Arts courses. In this course I was available to help students with their work as well as settling into the new environment. I was made available to students 24/7, as I lived on Campus and all students had my e-mail address and mobile number.

Resident Advisor

Aug 2010 - May 2011 (9 months)

I was hired as a Resident Advisor at Richmond to be responsible for a corridor in the Main Building. Being a Resident Advisor required close attention to detail and working under a Resident Director. Being able to work at any time, getting things done with little supervision and making sure that the students lived in a safe & disciplined environment was essential.
