• Expert in Oracle HCM (Core HR & Payroll & Self-Service & iRecruitment , Performance Management and OLM) as Oracle HCM Senior Consultant
• 16 years’ experience in Oracle applications in HCM modules R11i & R12.2.7.
• Extensive experience of PL/SQL, AME,API, Workflow, Personalizing and Alerts.
• Experience in writing and maintaining fast formulas for existing or new payroll
• Understand and document the business processes (As Is - To Be) as appropriate
• Knowledge and experience of OUM methodology Flows to document all business cycles in the various phases of the project.
• Experience conducting CRP, training and UAT sessions for all business users
• Responsible for the gathering of business requirements from stakeholders, business process design and functional design activities for all Oracle HCM, SSHR and Payroll related projects
• Upgraded projects on Oracle HRMS from R11i to R12.1.3
• Experience in description Current Business Baseline, Introduce the Future Process Model, projects analysis and solution design phases.
• Offer solutions that improve and reengineer the business and apply these solutions on the oracle applications to map the reengineered business cycles.
• Training End users and key users.
• Setup and Implementation HRMS, Payroll & Self-Service, OLM, iRecruitment and Performance Management.
• Usage of TOAD, SQL, PL/SQL, iSQL*Plus, Alerts, XML Publisher and Developer 10g statements to create Packages, Procedures and Functions by PL/SQL for payroll fast formulas.
• Usage of Work Flow Builder to create new processes for SSHR.
• Create and register User Hook for validation and create automatically Pay Elements through API.
• Have experience in migration data from legacy systems by using DATA LOADR, Oracle API and BEE.
