Dimension for each land is: 5m x 30m

The house divide into 3 parts:
1. Living space (maybe 4x7=28m2) for 2 persons, include room (4x4=16m2 have wc, bed, cabinet,...), the front area, the back area can cook, yoga, tea break, ... anything. Beside room still 1m for the way from front to the garden back.
2. Car park area: front of house (maybe 4m from the road line)
3. Garden area: back area have fruit tree, vegetable, chicken area, flower ...
