As an employee of Strictly Additions we were contracted by a previous client to design, build, and maintain an eco resort to be located in Inagua, Bahamas. Unfortunately the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 decimated this small island and put a halt to the project.

New 10 story building - outside drawing, simple floor plans

Miguel was very good to work with. I initially chose him because he demonstrated that he understood what I was asking for and why I wanted it. He also was one of the few who was willing to meet my short deadline. He delivered in every manner that he promised and met the step by step deadlines that he initially outlined. He clearly distinguished between things he was promising versus intermediate goals he was merely hoping to attain. Regarding the final delivery, he was quick in altering it to meet my presentation needs.

I highly recommend Mr. Alonso. His hands-on expertise as a general contractor and his ability as a designer combined to complete the 4-plex Apartment design with outstanding results. His communication skills and willingness to listen to the customer, is highly commended. I would recommend hiring him for any small to mid-size GC or architectural projects
