I provided consulting service to an award winning architectural firm on this 3500 sq.ft. contemporary residence in Golden Beach, Florida. I had input on final design and was in charge of developing complete architectural set plus structural. In addition, I coordinated outside disciplines to develop full construction set for permitting.

Licensed General Contractor, Graduate Architect, Associate AIA Member, NCARB enrolled, currently completing division examinations for licensure in Architecture, looking for freelancing opportunities. Extensive design and construction document production experience with a PM background on projects up to 100,000 sq.ft. BIM experience to level 3 using Revit. Also, proficient using AutoCAD, sketchup, v-ray, 3dMax, lumion, photoshop, illustrator, and providing hand drawn illustrations.
