Great fast service.

I was very unhappy with the quality of work provided by Aman. The quality of writing is very poor. He was tasked with transcribing some audio, and sentences which are very clear to me in the audio have not been accurately transcribed. He claims that he did not think the quality of the audio was insufficient to do a good job, but he was given access to the data before accepting the project. Much of the transcribed materials he provided are unusable. I would not hire him again.
