Duties/Responsibilities: 1.To prepare final document for bank submission as per L/C & Sales contract terms and condition 2. To prepare document for obtaining Export permission (EP)& Import permission (ip) from depz 3.To prepare Export & Import related all document /Checking Export LC 5. Confirming goods delivery on time to C & F. 4, To prepare Import related all document and maintains import status master file and to solve all kinds of problem about import side. 5, To prepare import report daily& monthly for supply chain dept ,To provide import data daily and weekly instruction by head of dept.Everyday monitoring c&f. 6. Sorting file and other import documentation etc. 7. Ensuring Export & Import permit on time . 8. Providing best customer service. 9. To prepare all kind of consumption. 10. Preliminary process of Export documents for related Custom Station 12,Timely supplier’s payment at agreed rates. 13,Drafting letter to Authority 14,Capable to monitor and supervise the activities of the Commercial Department properly and efficiently 15,Having sound knowledge of Bank activities, customs rules & regulations related to import/export 16,Able to handle Port and Customs Operation effectively 17,Able to handle all logistics activities related to import & export 18,capable to handle import matters (Documentation, Opening L/C, FNF, Fixing Freight Forwarding etc.) 19, ERP systems operating
