Music video • $250 USD

Unfortunately a month after deadline the service provider has been unable to send a 180Mb file either over the Internet or by courier despite repeated promises over three weeks that delivery was imminent within a matter of a day or even hours. After asking repeatedly that the file be burned to a CD and sent to be by courier over two weeks I was constantly misled about the status of the delivery in that despite claiming it was sent he could never provide a tracking number. I only have evidence that 24 seconds of a 4 minute video was ever completed. A totally unprofessional attitude despite signs of obvious talent. He has seriously set back my project despite receiving a milestone equivalent to 25% of the total.
