In 2002, Andi completed her Bachelor’s degree in Illustration. She began her career as a graphic artist / copy editor for the Joplin Globe (MO) newspaper. This opportunity led to the next, where she spent 7 years employed as the Marketing Director for Economic Security Corporation in Joplin, MO. In 2009, she left that position and has continued to work with them as a freelancer ever since. She has built a strong business from home, doing a variety of work including graphic design, copywriting, communications and more. However, her true passion lies in illustration—and her whimsical style is well-suited for many applications. She holds a 3.8 GPA in her MBA program and plans to graduate with honors next year. Andi isn't afraid of a challenge and enjoys a life filled with variety. Andi's family continually provides her with inspiration, are her most challenging critics… and her biggest supporters. In her spare time she enjoys reading, sewing and building “pillow houses” with her kids.
