We specialize in custom industrial and commercial machine/product design, development & fabrication. We do concept design, 3D modeling, hardware design, PCB design, microcontroller (Arduino) programming, PLC & sensor instrumentation of specialized products & machines. We also do various analysis like stress (FEM), dynamic analysis, CFD, circuit simulations, etc apart from conducting experimental research & development.

Understanding the gap phenomenon in µEDM using Under water acoustics
o Developed a transistor based electronic circuit to give very short duration electrical pulses of high voltage and current to the electrodes.
o Discovered a unreported phenomenon of SOFAR (Sound Fixing And Ranging) in µ-EDM process
o Suggested a method to predict the shape of the plasma channel based on the SOFAR in ?-EDM.
o Analyzed the various existing models of debris form
