In total I possess 14 years of total IT experience in various techstack from Mainframe to Java, Microservices. In software project particularly with Agile mode of delivery you need to be very cautious in your planning of Milestone/Releases. Based on my experience we normally bring agile during the execution phase but it's too late especially if our project is a FIXED priced one. Infact a lot of FIXED priced projects are seems to be having a shrinking GPM % as the project execution progresses. I can help you with the Release Planning and also provide my support in the initial execution to set up an appropriate pace/expectation with all the stakeholders to ensure the success of the Program.
