Idea Pool is an innovation concept mainly developed in order to share the knowledge from one sub process to another and update one’s dependent processes about their updates and new ideas. Idea Poll will work as a forum which actively allows one to solve others queries related to their process.
Idea Pool will help the associates to solve their process related issues without having to spend their production time and this would implement a concept called fun with learn.

This is an innovation concept mainly developed to improve the manual tracking system which is been used currently to measure the productivity of the associates and the team. This Tracker would be designed to work as the only tracker for the whole Customer Service NA to measure the teams and associates metrics.
The automated tracker could also generate a Key Performance indication chart automatically and would also be able to update the Team Leads regarding the team performance at given interval.
