Marinaro is extremely dishonest. We don't recommend anyone hiring him. We hired him for two projects, a fixed priced project, the other is a full time 40 hours per week project. He is extremely dishonest as he basically used his full time role to work on this project despite I made it clear to him they are seperate - he tried to double dip and be paid hourly to work on this fixed price project at the same time. Also not contactable and ignored messages for hours when he was meant to be working.
