Nov 2015

Created a well rounded bar menu which included selecting all spirits for the bar and creating a new beer line up for every season. This all requires an extensive knowledge of wine, spirits and beer. Every season we also created a brand new speciality cocktail menu, creating cocktails and names for them.

Coordinating the day to day running of the restaurant. Above general restaurant duties, tasks included: financial management of the business, menu and special creation, product control, hiring, training and coaching employees, writing schedules and resolving customer complaints. It was necessary to report to higher management weekly and to present to the president of the resort monthly. At the end of the season I produced a business improvement proposal which was submitted to higher management.
