Automatic network diagnostic application
I have developped an automatic network diagnostic application for an internet service provider. This application automatically fixes the problems which may interfere with the network connectivity and if there is any probleme with physical link, it tries to detect the point of failure, then it prompts the user to contact the custommer support in order to solve the problem. Since many problems can be solved or at least diagnosed with this problem, it has led to a significant decrease in the load of the support department.
