As a Senior Software Engineer with large big international coorporate development history I'm able to deliver high quality software/product using the latest agile methodologies (e.g. scrum ...) I'm ready to be in touch with the Customers on daily basis in fluent English proficiency.
Venena (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Venena did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to toshiki (the employer).
