Caliber Express Business is here to help small to medium size businesses gain sales and retain customers through our Customer Care Department. Through the CCD we are able to offer several types of call center services to fulfill your day to day business needs or to service your business during your promotional campaigns. Our CSR's receive several weeks of Customer Service training before they begin working at Caliber Express. Our employment requirements for CSR's are very stringent. Each CSR comes on board with a minimum of 3 (consecutive) years of customer service experience or 2 years of college with an AA or AAS degree.
