The first item at hand for this ongoing client was to do a complete rebranding: new logo, new packaging, magazine ads, brochures, etc. New packaging accepted into WalMart USA. An international beer magazine distributed nationally in Canada and into 44 US states: designed, laid out and art directed every page of every issue from Winter 2006 to Spring 2012 (excepting paid advertising); created Taps logo, all prepress production, wrote articles. Subscriptions increased over 500% during my tenure.

Office condominium conversion project for Toronto (Nova Ridge Corp) and New York (Time Equities Inc) real estate development companies requiring creation of a complex website with multiple pages and layers of interactivity (removed after sale of entire building), 8-page sales booklet, presentation venue posters, signage, hundreds of floor plans & fact sheets, etc. This building sold for a $5 million profit in early 2012.
