Good flash coder however not a designer by his own admission half way through the job. Was only able to handle the functionality of the project and I had to provide the design. This was not made clear to me before beginning the job. Based on his examples, it looked like he handled design as well so this was disappointing to find out after well into the work.

Great coder, motivated and takes initiative, was very helpful. Would definitely hire again.
