I'm a senior design technologist specializing in machine design and coming up with creative solutions to complex problems. Research and Development and new product design are my forte. Designed a 2000 lb, 75hp four stage compressor that is completely sealed and driven by a magnetically coupled drive. I was used to recirculate radioactive hydrogen gas and was necessary to design using materials that would not be affected by radiation and would not leak hazardous gas. Complex internal features were created and a regenerative energy concept where the gas would gain energy through spinning around an internal torus.

All mechanical components were reproduced within the cockpit and aft cabin including weaponry, seating, consoles and instruments. Special considerations included the complex design of the external shells and front fairing. The design was completed in 12 weeks. More than 5000 parts.

Worked designing material handling machinery for an international rubber manufacturing company and as one of the designers of a Fast Rescue Craft Simulator and H6 Little Bird Simulator.
