Background : In Salesforce, there was no capability to see the Kanban view of all the opportunities which was a major hindrance in sales growth for most clients as it was very difficult to manage the opportunities in pipeline. Challenges : Single view of opportunities with their stages was not present. Details of opportunities in a single view based on their stage and color coding was not available. Low productivity of Sales reps and area sales managers. How our team solved these? Our team developed a user friendly application with a Kanban view of the opportunities providing details of the opportunities in a widget. Sales reps and area sales managers are able to filter the opportunities based on different criteria. Sales rep has the option to create an opportunity directly from this application. Sales optimizer played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity of the sales team. Result: Single and detailed view of opportunities. User friendly application

Background : Spa and Saloons business is growing at a rapid rate where the IT systems currently used by the companies are quite old and work on legacy technologies which is hindering the growth of the businesses and affecting staff efficiency.
