Deal with Network administrators on server issues, and issues that need to be taken care of at an accelerated rate. • Help customers configure their emails in their domain control panels as well as on their computers. • Troubleshoot mail problems and decipher whether problems are server side or user side. • Help customers upload and download information from their domains. • Support Cybergate’s Internet access accounts over the phone by answering questions about Internet access. • Help customers configure their computers to access the Internet and get their email. • Troubleshoot any problems with customers accessing the Internet and/or getting their emails. • Use Unix commands to lookup account information. Record all calls taken into a database that is accessible by other technicians.
