Cyber Master (the worker) agreed/admitted that they did not complete the project--they had used 3rd party work without Deboisjoli's (the employers) permission. Deboisjoli had released 75% of the funds, which Cyber Master returned. All funds in escrow were returned to Deboisjoli (the employer).
