Over the last few years I have spent myself as a call center agent for two different companies providing customer, technical and sales support. The first company that I have been with I was assigned in a travel agency account specifically Egencia Inc.. We deal with Fortune 500 companies based in the United States. We process flight, hotel and car rental bookings, exchanges and cancellations. We assists our clients whenever there are schedule changes, natural disaster among things. We make sure that we provide 100% customer satisfaction. The second is I was with CISCO-Linksys providing customer support, device and network troubleshooting and sales.
